zr coil pack help

Hello guys , little info needed please ,my brother has a 1400 zr and it has now burnt out two coil packs ,both were no1 and blown a 20 amp fuse , he has checked all wiring and can't find any chaffing anywhere ,has anyone had this problem before ? On a brighter note my zs is fine lol. Thanks
