75 2L Auto noise + video

Hi all :)

Can anyone identify this noise? or heard anything like it before? I think (hope not) its coming from the gearbox but could be wrong, the car is an auto v6 2l 1999, what do you think, one thing is for sure it's not right, once things have warmed up it goes away completely.
