alloy wheel new or refurb

hi recently noticed silver paint coming off one of my front wheels leaving big black areas,on closer inspection the wheel has just been painted nearly all over with a silver paint which is a different shade of silver to the rest of the wheel,it looks awful,the other 3 wheels are ok,my question is am I better just replacing the wheel,or getting it refurbed in one of these wheel refurbishing places,cheers all !
