Cam-belt, other belts, CV gaiter...

Taking the 620i in to get the cam-belt and water-pump changed at 180,000 miles. Should I get the other belts changed while its in the garage? The kit (Dayco) only has the cam-belt and the pulley things in it.



Also, the last MOT (and the two before that) showed up that one of the C.V. gaiters is 'damaged but preventing ingress of dirt'. Should I get this changed and if so, is it an expensive job?
