Clutch judder on pull away!!

I replaced my clutch some 1000 miles ago, at the same time fitted a modified clutch release arm. Fantastic, however, it suddenly developed this clutch judder when pulling away, especially with a low rev engagement. The judder can become quite violent.



Any thoughts?



I did put a little copper ease on the clutch splines. Could this have been a mistake?



I would appreciate any views on what it might be.
