Urgent help needed, Misfiring MGF

Hello

I have a question regarding a misfiring MGF 1.8 Mpi 2001, yesterday I cleaned the whole car and also the underbody with a jetwasher, after that, drove normally for another half an hour, did service and more cleaning for about 2 hrs (grease things, fill up liquids, clean the interieur) and after that the car was misfiring on one cylinder. ok may be a problem related to that...

I now put WD40 into most of the connectors and removed the HT leads and ignition coils (same thing WD 40) as well as interchanged them.

and found out that one ignition coil is bad at the exit to the HT lead it has (changed leads for that and took leads off the plugs while running)

now i am sitting next to a hairdryer pointed at the iginition coil.

--> Is it possible that a faulty ignition coil is only bad at one exit???

Thanks in advance!
