Dash replacement

Hi, I wonder if anyone out there may be able to help me. The dash on my 2002 MG TF is damaged and I am considering replacing it. Has anyone attempted anything like this and if so how easy was the job to do, were there any problems etc. Any help or advise that anyone can give would be greatly appreciated.
