High Fuel Consumption Rover 200

hello friends, my Rover 200 year 1999 is consuming twice more than normal, i have change air filter, spark plugs, i have changed my exhaust and put a sport one months ago.

Today a mechanic told me theres a bit of oil near the injector.

And since 4 years i think the fuel filter has never been changed. Can someone help me please.
