engine tickover

OK,Well after fitting a new head and cam belt, water pump and tensioner.the car starts and runs as it should easily hits the limiter,the problem is the tick over...when you rev it up and take your foot off the throttle the revs die down almost stalls and then goes up to eleven hundred revs and the engine sounds as if it is running rich.When you pull away you need to give a little more revs than normal or it will Fluff a little



As said when going it goes very well just cant sort the tickover out.



Have tried resetting the tps checked all the connections air pipes etc any one any ideas please??
