Fob

Could do with some info guys - I've had my 53plate tf for nearly 3 years with 1key and 1fob so today I've had a new key cut . Apparently it hasn't no chip inside it . So now a need another fob , I'm sure it's the Pektron type , the one with 3 buttons on it .so what I want to know is how do I get another one cos I'm told you can't get a second hand one on eBay cos they won't work etc... So anybody how do I get a replacement plus costs etc..... Thanks in anticipation
