Future classics

As you may or may not know, or indeed care, I drive a spendid little Smart Roadster and belong to a forum for said car. A recent thread was started about whether they will ever become a classic car and go up up in value and desirability.



A thought occurred to me, which of the MG/Rover cars do you reckon will attain classic status in the same way that a 1960's Jag mk9, or a Stag, or even a Doly Sprint now does?
