MGF 1.8 VVC 145 - Whole car with short MOT or breaking
I'm hoping to sell this mgf I purchased as a stop gap recently (my 75 is off the road being repaired).
It looks stunning and can be brought back to life if you're a welder! Tons of service history, inc £2,227 spent on engine, head, new gasket, belts in June 2009.
***ALSO HAS PRIVATE PLATE - C10 MGF ***
Racing green, VVC 1.8, half leather seats, Sony CD player, hard top with heated rear windscreen, chrome wing mirror covers and air intakes.
Needs mainly welding for MOT which runs out on 25th March, so can be driven home by anyone wishing to save her.
Also needs one tyre, bush for shock absorber (cheap I believe), headlight alignment, rear brakes are not engaging evenly, so maybe new pads/inspection.
History:
I have most MOT's.
Recall work done in 1999 (belt and camshaft mods).
Stamps:
0797 @ 2147
0498 @ 10097
0798 @ (no mileage recorded)
1099 @ 17924 (SORN AT THIS POINT??) then
0203 @ 19724
0104 @ 28995
0704 @ 32809
0605 @ 38356
1006 @ 45848
Invoices:
0611 @ 72194 brake pipes & MOT £288 + £50
1210 @ 70119 £47
0609 @ 59708 £2,227 (MGOC Workshop Cambridge) inc cylinder head £475, belts, NEW TYPE HEAD GASKET, lots of gaskets, tensioner, oil, oxygen senders, etc)
0608 @ 55999 £390 (MGOC Workshop Cambridge)
0607 @ 50549 £662 (MGOC Workshop Cambridge)
1006 @ 45848 £278 (MGOC Workshop Cambridge) Full service and tyre
0705 @ 38356 £486 (Priests of Chesham Ltd) Full service, brakes, gear oil, etc
0704 @ 32809 £591 (Priests of Chesham Ltd) Timing belts, service, etc
Open to any reasonable offer (hard top and chrome parts worth about £250-£300 on their own, number plate perhaps £200?). Just need it gone, HAM racing green colour if needed for spares, wings bonnet and boot are excellent.
Please email me for pics (unless they can be uploaded here?)
