need tyres quickly

have to get rid of these kumho tyres ASAP,got caught out with snow again on Monday driving down from East Kilbride towards Glasgow,done a 90 degree spin on the dual carriageway,cars behind had to all stop with hazards on,thats 2nd time in a few weeks been skidding around in snow,not something im used too,never had any car spinning in snow in all my driving years !
