Tax disc holders

Dear All



Two questions for you -



1. Does anyone know where I can get blank (i.e. without any logos etc. on) tax disc holders - the type which dealers supplied when you bought a new car, so a rectangle with rounded lower end (see here - http://ift.tt/1DLScCB)



2. Can anyone recommend any companies who would be able to print designs/art work onto these plastic tax disc holders?
