Rear suspension top ball joint - difficult?

A thankfully short list of failiures on the Tf's MOT include this, on both sides. Is this a DIY fix, or am I looking at a garage bill?
I need a pair of front wheel bearings too, so it needs to go to the garage anyway, just trying to keep the costs as low as possible.
