Rover 25 1.4 engine swap to mg tf 1.6 115

Would it be possible to drop an mg tf 1.6 115 bhp engine into a rover 25 1.4 84 bhp with restricted manifold. What ecu do I run? Are all the looms the same? Will I need to upgrade to the pg 1 gearbox/drive shafts? Also bigger disks and calipers? I understand the k series engines are all the same layout, I just need some help or a list of what I need. I have no problem building it all back up as I'm rebuilding the engine now, new crank seals ect. I will be letting my insurance know ect.
