Pulling out heater stuff from under Dash

Hi guys,

Is it possible to pull all the heater gubbins out from under the dash in the passenger footwell without pulling the whole dash out?

I believe I have found my phantom leak and need to get into the top corner of the dash to investigate but the heater is blocking my view t the bulkhead.
