Hi, my Rover 220 turbo coupe wont rev above 4000. I have changed head gasket, its also had new plugs/ new leads, new coil, fuel pump has been upgraded, fuel rail pressure regulator has also been replaced and upgraded, none of this has had any effect. Any suggestions?
