Rear back /dust plates

I have just purchased a pair of new complete rear back plates, with shoes, springs, adjusters etc, from DMGRS. My question is about the 4 bolts that fix the backplate to the rear arm.

The old plates have rusted so badly the shoe retaining spring and peg , have pulled straight through.

As I couldn't get new bolts anywhere I was wondering what type of head they have. Also are they a pig to remove.
