Best price/quality ratio Brake Discs and Pads?

Hi

It´s time to replace front brake discs and pads. They are able to do some more miles but i feel the car doesn´t brake like it should and the discs are warped (they already have been "corrected" before).

The discs are vented 262mm i bought used from an Honda a couple years ago.

Whats the best price/quality kit i can buy? Sometimes i like to drive a little faster but i don´t race neither drive on mountain roads. I prefer something with strong braking power from cold and i don´t want to spend a lot of money, something as cheap as possible.

I see many solid and vented kits for Rover 25 but since i´ve upgraded to a Civic braking system, i don´t know if those "Vented discs for Rover" are what i need. I guess so because some of them even say it´s compatible with some Hondas but i´m not sure. Car is a Rover 25 Diesel.

Another question, does anyone knows if brake callipers from a petrol Civic are suitable to a Diesel Rover, regarding power braking? I don´t know from what car my braking system cames from but i guess it was from a petrol Civic. I thinks it´s the usual modification, but i want to be sure it´s ok and the problems i´m having with power braking aren´t related with that.
