Rover owners: How about this for an MoT?

For the last five or more years I've had a struggle with the MoT emissions, and have frequently spent several months trying to get them to pass. Last year's MoT should have been November, but finished up getting it through in January. So this time I thought I would try to get it back to autumn to give me a chance to get things sorted before my usual March deadline.
Booked it in, so I could find out what needed doing, and it sailed through the emissions and just a few minor advisories.
For the record, Fast Idle CO <0.2% required, got 0.02, HC <200ppm, got 38, lambda 0.97-1.03, got 1.010
Natural Idle CO <0.30%, got 0.01.
20½ years old (not me), and 78224 miles.
By the way that makes our combined age 98½, so we'll reach the ton next year
