HUD project

So, I'm thinking of indulging myself in a HUD project.
Nothing too expensive.

I'll list the parts I'm planning to buy.

Connected to OBD2 port, to completely switch off any power drain:
OBD2 power switch

Then split OBD2
OBDII Splitter

One end to power the phone
OBD2 Phone Power cable

The other end to power the OBD2 bluetooth adapter: I own iGate 3 OBD2 adapter already.

I have an unused LG G2, with Torque pro, to use as image projector.
The phone will rest on:
Reflective mirror and support

With a bit of care the whole thing should be quite a clean work, and barely visible cables.
