mg zs issues

Evening,

I am fairly new to the MG scene but think I have dived in before I can swim. I owned a 52 plate zr for two years which required some basic work (water pump replaced , rear section of exhaust etc) but unfortunately the latest Mot failed after 100k miles and was to much to warrant repairing.

After genuinely enjoying driving this car and working on it I decided to buy a cheap 06 plate Mg Zs as a project car (thinking I could handle it) I've replaced the battery and made a few repairs so it now runs (I do however needs tips on where to go to replace and programme the key fob as I have to restart the immobiliser every time to start her up due to the key fob failing) But since starting her I have also noticed this leak, passenger side between the front wheel arch and passenger door (fluid that is leaking is water) but genuinely for the life of me can't work out what this is.

Any help would be much appreciated as I'm
very quickly regretting buying this ZS.
