ZR Synchro?

Today lost some springiness in my ZR gearbox. Seemed to be 1 & 2 , but 5th needed excessive pressure to go in.

Used F for a bit, back in the ZR and seems better but can't tell if it's back to normal?

IB5 box, changed the oil last year (2 litres or thereabouts). Have a spare lying around if I need it
