Mk2 Rear View Mirror

My rear view mirror is loose and it vibrates quite a lot. Is there any way I can tighten it up a bit? I've had a look and don't see any obvious screws.

Also, can I get a stick on replacement mirror for it? It's peeling away from the top corners and looks a bit tatty.
