no heat in the car

Hi guys! I have a Rover 25, 1.4,16v,I changed everything on it HG,inlet gasket,water pump,thermostat,tensioner,timing belt,bled after the manual and still no heat in the car. No leaking inside or outside and the both hoses entering the car to me matrix are hot.I had once some warm air for short time when I drive the car,so no heater flap stacked. No more ideas,please help me!!!
