Turbocharger to fit 98 rover 400

Hi, as the title says, need a new turbo for a 98 rover 400, preferably one in good condition from a car that's done not so many miles ( I know that's a big ask!). Please, only interested if there is no/very little in/out & side to side shaft play (can test with a chunky pair of pliers I believe).. As this will be the third one I've been through! Thanks.. James.
