Replacing instrument panel IPK with used one

Hello guys,
I have found used IPK panel(with tacho, speedo etc) with very good LCD screen to replace my old one which has very faulty(unreadable) LCD screen.

I found some threads about resoldering eeprom unit from my IPK to the "new" one, but i haven't found how EEPROM looks like.
Any suggestions?

And one more, how can i code it to my car?
