2005 ztt rear wiper fault

Any ideas folks? rear wiper seized recently and locked up motor. I have replaced motor unit and un seized spindle. However, it now doesn't operate at all. checked fuses in glove box and engine bay boxes, also switched relays 3&4 in engine bay. still no joy. meter showing no power on switched live at motor connector. possible BCU fail?
All suggestions welcomed.
