Failed MOT due to drivers side headlight loose

Hi,

My car failed its MOT today due to the drivers side headlight not being aligned properly. The garage didn't want to touch it in case it broke and I needed a new headlight.

The reflector part (see picture) of the headlight is very loose and there's a lot of movement back and forth. What's the best way to attach this back onto whatever it should be attached to?

Any suggestions would be much appreciated.
