Have had a really great couple of months !!!
Last month ,had a hit run driver in a white tray back ute run a red light at speed and clipped the front corner of my Rover75 running a crease through the bonnet and drivers wing -car is currently at the panel shop getting fixed under insurance.
Was down south last week in my other car, a MGZT and was driving through a quiet country town at 40 kph on the main highway when an old bloke (in a white tray back ute again !!!!) just turned right across in front of me causing me to lock the brakes up and just managed to swerve out of his way, silly old bugger just sat in the middle of the highway with a sheepish smile on his face !! didnt see me !!
Yesterday decided it was time to do a respray on the ZTs rear bumper ,spent the day filling ,sanding etc ,put the 2 pack on looked great.
This morning I stop at a round about and an older woman runs into the back on me ,luckily at low speed!! "Oh sorry,I just didnt look ""
Now have a small ding in the bumper and a small crack in the drivers side tail light lens,everything else seems fine !!!.
As I already have one car in on insurance decided to sort this one out myself as it was only a slight bump and obviously the crash foam has taken most of the blow.but what the heck is going on !!!
Between the idiots on drugs / booze and the old buggers who shouldn't have licences the roads are getting dangerous!!
