cdti Injector imbalance with TOAF..

Hi. Just done a test using TOAF on the injectors.. when cold and i rev the engine gently to around 2600/2800 revs i get a misfire effect.. rev when hot this misfire effect is gone.. I did the injector imbalance test with TOAF.. cylinder 1= +0.27mm^3.....cyl 2= -0.85mm^3...cyl 3= -0.72mm^3...cyl 4= +0.92mm^3... but confused as to which number is poor, and which cylinder is which.. for example i disconnect the 3rd injector away from the front of the engine and error codes show it as cylinder 2?..
