Rear suspension drop on one side

I noticed a few weeks ago that my suspension on the rear offside of my ZS TD was a lot lower. On one side I could get two fingers (rudimentary method I know) in the gap between the tyre and arch but only one finger in the other.

I have replaced both rear shocks and springs, ARBB's and no difference and just want to know what other things it could be.
