Brake hose fitting question

So this morning I have taken the plunge to do the brakes.



I have got the first front caliper off and painted, I then turned to fitting the new stainless brake hose, I planned to follow CJJs excellent guide, trouble is I hit a hurdle straight away in the my brake line setup looks nothing like his.



Here is what I face:







I cant for the life of me work out how to do this.



Can anyone tell me in simple terms how?
