Heat!!

Hi

I'm brand new on here and I have a heater related issue. I've just bought a 45 impression s (1.8) and fan speed 1 & 2 don't work also it's just stopped blowing heat. It's had a new head gasket before I picked it up yesterday. Sorry if this is old news. Thanks in advance
