I'm baffled zr won't pull after 3k

I'm baffled zr 105 2004 plate won't pull after 3k, tried plugs n leads. Filter ok, spent all day

Looking at it, upon inspection I noticed towards the rear of throttle body there's a connector hanging down, should this be plugged into anything?
