intercooler pipe

Thought I better post in the derv section as I recently bought a 54 mg zs+ td 101bhp. My Maine concern is the top intercooler pipe got a bit of rubbing on the top and bottom of the pipe, I've cut the carpet on the bonnet as it had a rub mark on it but the bottom is rubbing on a water pipe, any ideas?
