MG TF 115 Central locking problem

Hey,



Basically i have recently purchased a MGTF 115 03. It has central locking but today it began to mess around. When i lock the car using the key fob, the car locks and the alarm turns on, however the drivers door stays unlocked, to lock it i have to lock it manually?...also i do not know if this is a related problem but when i have my car locked and open the boot, the alarm sounds? i have been told that the alarm is supposed to disarm when the boot is opened?
