thermostat and cam cover

hey peeps,



My car is now struggling to get up to temp. ive noticed the temp will stay at about quater way up for a good 10/ 15 mins before continuing to half way point. Also if i hit 4000 revs the temp will drop and pick back up. I dont loose heat from heaters and no signs of hgf. no oil in coolant etc, no mayo etc etc.





anyway ive decided to give the thermostat a go first. On Jayar car parts they have a thermostat set with rubber ring and thermostat for £10... anyone recommend it? I only ask as my rocker cover gasket is leaking oil and jayar also do the cover so wanted to buy both together. I cant find the cam cover on rimmer?!



Anyway, should i just get the ones from jayar car parts? or will they be crap parts?
