steering problem

when im pulling away with the steering turned to the left or right

im getting a creaking sound coming from the front when i straighten the wheels

only seems to happen when turning slow or out of a junction

car is a 03 zs180

also is anyone in birmingham braking a trophy blue zs as i need the lower part of the front bumper and a new front fog light
