mot failure brake pipe

My poor R45 has just failed its MOT for the 1st time in 4 years ...the reports states front to back o/s brake pipe badly corroded ....the garage has quoted about £60 to repair it .....is this pipe easy enough to buy as a spare part and do as a diy job or do you have to by the pipe and bend it and flare the ends etc ...or should i just trust it to the garage ???...
