Outside vs Damp garage

Just wondering where would be best to store my car, i currently have it outside, but could very easily shuffle things around to have the car in my garage (separate to house). this is, unfortunately, fairly damp, and i wonder if this may in fact be worse for the car than being sat outside?



what are people's thoughts on this



currently the garage isn't heated, but i could get an electric radiator on a thermostat if this would make a difference?
