Rear Lights

I got some new LED lights from Sean, i have to say they are lovely lights...the only issue i had was the on the driver side i had the LED ring lit and the rear brake light was also on but on the passenger side i had just the LED ring....



After some deduction the driver side light had about 2v being diverted to the brake light this was caused by different resistors with different Ohms.....after speaking to Sean and Geoff they sent me some new resistors and after soldering them in both light are the same i.e the LED ring and rear brake is lit and the brake even glow bright when you brake....



But i my the light warning lamp is lit and i was wonder would the BCU need to be reset or change in order to accept the new configuration
