Rover 25 front seats awful! - ideas for replacement or improvement ?

Hi Folks



Ive just brought a 2002 25 TD and its in good condition but the driver seat has kind of sagged after 87k miles. Doent help my siactica as all ! The passenger side feels much better .... anyone know if its possible to swap passenger for driver side seats ?

Alternatively anyone got any ideas for replacements ?
