stainless steel screws info

Hi all I,m a bit puzzled , in this ebay add for some stainless steel screws , i know the middle screws are for the hood catch , and the ones at the back ( flat top ) are for the sun visor , but are the ones at the front for the hood catch striker plate ? http://ift.tt/P01GZ0
