ZS 180 disc thickness?

Evening all,



Its that old chestnut of fitting 180 calipers to a 115 Diesel, so got myself all the bits to stick on to the old girl and all was going to plan till I found the disc its self was a good 5mm too thick with the pads in?



Now the discs are 282mm and a labeled up for a ZR 160, I could not find my tape measure just now but when I measured the other day I believe it was 25mm thick?



any ideas? Maybe ended up with the Honda calipers somehow?
