218SLD Turbo, Throttle Cable, where to get one?

Hi everyone, not been here for a while, car has been fine but just noticed the throttle cable is frayed almost through.



Someone has tried to source one at local auto factors but so far they don't seem to list them.



If anyone knows where I can get one that would be great.



In the meantime I have to continue driving it, crossing my fingers it doesn't break. If it does I will call the AA and hope they have suitable repair kit with them!
