75 ECU change

I have had a few issues with my 2004 75 2.0 cdti tourer, climate control not working, cruise control not working. I have checked all the wiring for both systems, no issues. I have followed the advice on other threads for both issues, no results. As a further attempt, having another 2004 2.0 cdti, but this one is saloon, I decided to swap the engine ECU, the Immobiliser ECU and the key transponders to see if it was a problem in the original ECU (the original showed signs of being drowned in the past). Thought this would be a cheap way of showing if the original ECU had a fault with it. Did the swap and the car won't start, turns over, but no start, like the immobiliser is still active.



Have I missed something?
