Alarm behind dash sounding

Yesterday I started the car after it had been in storage since last October. First turn of the key and she burst into life, yippee! I got it booked for its mot in the morning and now it won't turn over!



Putting the key in the ignition results in the dash lighting up as normal but turn the key to start and I am met with a two tone alarm sounding, whats gone wrong?



I currently have the battery on charge in case it is flat but I'm thinking immobiliser since there is nothing at all from the starter motor. It won't even respond to the fob to lock or unlock the doors- where do I go from here?
