Another mb6/teg springs question

Ive got a 45 td hatch that i do 140 miles a day in. Im looking to source Lowering Springs so its Looks a Little Nicer on the hairpins i currently have on the car without giving too firm a ride.



I do have a zs td that i could use the suspension off but i want more than the 20mm drop ill get from using these.



I Know the Spring rate is wrong with the mb6 / teg front suspension due to the Heavy td engine but-



A- how much Lower are Standard mb6 Springs over the 45 td?

B- would choosing civic Lowering springs increase the spring rate over standard civic Springs getting closer to the rate of the 45's?

C- any particularly bad Springs for the civic to stay away from?
